Marsha Carlin prepares to pin up a photo of her son, Matt Carlin, who is serving in the U.S. Navy as a master at arms field training officer in Guantanamo Bay, Monday evening at Depot Rotary Park.  Carlin and others pinned up yellow ribbons and  pictures of family members active in the military on 25 trees in the park.  Because many of the ribbons were vandalized earlier this year at Sacagawea Park Military Families of Park County decided to make a new ribbon and put them in a new park.  They chose the Depot Rotary Park, because of its higher visibility, which could better deter potential vandalism.  Dave Waylander held a fundraiser to pay for the new ribbons.  MFOPC is also working on building a monument in honor of all U.S. military service men and women to be put up in Sacagawea Park soon.
